Platform role

Sheep Riders is a marketplace that connects senders and travellers. We are not a courier company and we do not transport parcels ourselves. The delivery agreement is concluded between the sender and the traveller.

Delivery terms

Before a delivery starts, both parties must digitally accept the delivery policy, the prohibited items list and the liability statement inside the package page. The parcel must be handed over open and its contents shown to the traveller.

Prohibited items

• • Weapons and ammunition
• • Drugs and narcotics
• • Cash, cards and valuables
• • Flammable or explosive goods
• • Medication without prescription
• • Anything illegal in the origin or destination country

Liability

The traveller is responsible for the parcel from pickup to handover. The sender is responsible for the legality and correct declaration of the contents. Sheep Riders is not liable for loss or damage, but supports both parties in resolving disputes and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Accounts and conduct

One account per person, with truthful information. Keep communication inside the app, respect agreed times and locations, and report suspicious behaviour. Ratings are public and cannot be removed.
